What happens if my vehicle breaks down at the roadside?

If your vehicle breaks down call our 24-hour rescue line and request assistance. Please quote your registration and have ready the details of your location as well as a contact telephone number.

What happens if my mobile phone is running out of charge and I need to let people know about my situation?

We will gladly contact anyone you ask us to contact on your behalf to inform them of your situation and where you are.

How quickly will you come out to me?

We aim to have a Recovery Operator with you in 45 minutes, however, this may vary depending on your location.

Are you fully insured?

Yes we have a full Comprehensive cover that includes road risk, public liability, vehicles in transit, legal protection.

What methods of payment do you take?

You can make a bank transfer, make a card payment, cash is also acceptabale. Also you will be issued with a reciept of complete payment.

Do you provide vehicle transportation nationwide?

Yes we can cater any distance for your vehicle to be transported.

Do you provide breakdown recovery and vehicle transportation?

Yes we provide both services.

How many vehicles you can cater at one time?

We have a capacity of transporting 2 vehicles at one time.

Will you come out if I’ve run out of fuel?

Yes. If you run out fuel, the VBR is at your service.

Is it free to call VBR from a mobile phone?

Yes, our telephone number is mobile friendly so you will not be charged extra from your telephone providers.

What if my trailer contains horses or other livestock?

Trailer containing livestock we are unable to recover.
